Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Restie Besties! Every order is carefully prepared and packaged with care. As a small independently operated business, we appreciate your support and patience.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to:
 

  • Canada

  • United States
     

At this time, we do not ship to other international destinations.
 

Shipping Carriers

Orders are shipped using:
 

  • Canada: Canada Post

  • United States: USPS (United States Postal Service)
     

To help keep shipping costs affordable, U.S. orders are transported across the Canada–U.S. border and mailed through USPS.
 

Processing & Delivery

Orders are typically prepared and shipped within 3 business days.

While we work hard to meet this timeline, occasional delays may occur due to high order volumes, illness, vacations, or other unforeseen circumstances.

We appreciate your understanding as a small business.
 

Once your order has been mailed, delivery times are the responsibility of the postal service and may vary depending on your location and postal conditions.
 

Shipping Fee Promise

We want you to have a positive experience shopping with Restie Besties.
 

If your order has not arrived within 9 business days of shipment, please contact us. If the delay is determined to be outside of our normal expectations and is not related to weather events, postal service disruptions, customs processing, labour actions, or an incorrect shipping address, we will gladly refund your $5.00 shipping fee.
 

Untracked Mail

To keep shipping costs as low as possible, orders are shipped without tracking unless otherwise stated.
 

Because tracking is not included:
 

  • We cannot provide delivery updates once an order has been mailed.

  • We cannot guarantee the exact delivery date.

  • Please allow additional time for delivery during holidays or periods of high postal volume.
     

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
 

If you notice an error, please contact us immediately. If your order has not yet shipped, we will gladly update the address.
 

Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address may require an additional shipping charge before they can be resent.
 

Lost or Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged or has not arrived after a reasonable amount of time, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
 

Although untracked shipments limit our ability to investigate with the postal carrier, we will do our best to work with you to find a fair resolution.
 

Customs & Import Fees

Orders shipped to the United States may be subject to customs inspections or import requirements.

Any duties, taxes, or fees charged by government authorities are the responsibility of the customer.
 

Digital Products

This Shipping Policy applies only to physical products.
 

Digital downloads and self-paced educational programs are delivered electronically and are available according to the terms provided at the time of purchase.
